HOW TO USE THE PRAYERS?
UNIVERSAL PRAYER
This prayer can be said at any time to give thanks to God. It is a complete prayer. Here, one speaks freely to God, gives thanks to Him, and entrusts to Him one’s needs as well as one’s trials, in order to remain connected to Him and to receive His peace, His wisdom, and His guidance.
3-DAY PRAYERS FOR RECONCILIATION WITH GOD
This prayer is said for 3 days if one realizes that one has drifted away from God, or if one feels that life is becoming unstable without explanation. Here, one chooses to reconnect immediately with God and to live fully with Him.
PRAYER BEFORE SLEEP
This prayer is said before going to sleep, by day or by night. Here, one entrusts one’s soul and one’s whole being to God in order to receive His protection, sleep peacefully, and wake up in better condition.
PRAYER UPON WAKING
This prayer is said upon waking. Here, one thanks God for the rest received, then entrusts the rest of the day to Him in order to be protected, guided, enlightened, and led according to His will.
TUESDAY PRAYERS OF DEVOTION TO GOD
This prayer is said every Tuesday. In it, one expresses one’s attachment to God, one’s desire to follow Him, and to take part in His work, in purity and in fasting from sin.
PRAYER IN CASE OF SPIRITUAL ATTACK OR SUDDEN AWAKENING
This prayer is said in case of spiritual attack, sudden awakening, unexplained fear, or inner distress. Here, one asks God for His immediate protection as well as the destruction of every evil influence, in order to regain peace. If the problem is of a spiritual nature, it is naturally resolved by God even before the end of the prayer.
PRAYER OF REPENTANCE
This prayer is said if one thinks one has committed, during the day, a fault before God. Before saying it, one should first take time to reflect on the fault committed, then make resolutions not to repeat the same mistakes.
MORNING PRAYER FOR PUPILS AND STUDENTS
This prayer is said before leaving home to go to school or training. Here, one entrusts one’s day of learning to God so that He may take care of one and help one understand better as well as retain one’s lessons.
