Eternal Almighty God,
I thank You for this day.
Now, I place myself entirely in Your hands.
I entrust my sleep and my whole being to You.
Grant me peaceful, deep, and restorative sleep.
May Your presence surround me and protect me.
Protect me from every spiritual attack, from every harmful influence, and from every disturbance.
Render useless the enemy’s plans against me.
Eternal, my one and only God, take control of everything so that, when I wake up, I may feel stronger and in better health, so I can serve You better.
According to Your will alone, reveal to me what is useful for my spiritual growth and for the progress of Your work.
