True happiness does not depend on what others think or on what you own. It comes from within, when you are at peace with yourself and with God.
God is the foundation of your life. He is your origin, your support, your strength. You do not need religion, complicated prayers, or any intermediary to speak to Him. Speak to Him simply and directly, because He is your Father. And a child does not need someone else to speak to their father. Speak to Him as if He were right in front of you, in the silence of your heart, without shouting or disturbing your surroundings. God listens. God understands. God responds. When you stay connected to Him, you become stronger in the face of life’s trials.
We all came into this world with a specific purpose: to serve God through everything we accomplish each day. This purpose gives meaning to your life and helps you wake up each morning with strength, even if others do not understand your path. But to carry out this mission, you must rest. A good night’s sleep helps you live your days fully, with clarity, strength, and discernment. God does not ask you to stay awake all night in prayer. What He wants is for you to live your days with Him, making Him the source of all that you do.
In this world, you may be surrounded by jealous people, by those who misunderstand you or who reject the values you hold. But you must love as God commands, without expecting love in return. Holding hatred or resentment is a sin that pushes God away from your life and keeps you out of His light.
Take care of your body and your mind. Eat with joy, according to what God provides, without envying anyone. Sleep enough. Take a breath of fresh air if needed, but always stay in the will of God, far from places of sin. Let your heart rest too. Do not let anger, anxiety, or hatred take root in you.
Give when you can, without forcing yourself. And accept help when someone offers it. But to do so wisely, you must have a personal relationship with God, so that you can discern whether the act of kindness is sincere or if it hides something harmful.
Protect your inner freedom. Stay faithful to what you believe, even when others criticize you. At first, following the guidance of God as taught by Shepherd MBOUTA at the Divin Spiritual Center — a spiritual work created to help people reconnect directly with God beyond religions and dogmas — may not be welcomed by those around you. Some will judge you. Others may reject you. Do not be discouraged. God’s truth always ends up shining through. Your mission may be to help change mindsets, so that each person learns to serve the one and only God, without intermediaries, outside of religious systems, and free from dogma. Be free in your mind, in your heart, and in your choices, as long as God remains your light.
Be thankful every day, even for the simplest things: a meal, a kind word, a ray of sunlight. Gratitude draws you closer to God and keeps your heart in peace. And when life becomes difficult, remember that the SUIVRE DIEU app was created to help you return to the light. There you will find words that comfort, truths that awaken, and teachings that renew your strength and clarity. Explore the app with interest and with faith, or visit the YouTube channel of the Divin Spiritual Center. God will speak to your heart at the right moment, for He never abandons those who sincerely seek Him.
Know yourself as you are, with your strengths and your limits. But if you discover something in yourself that is not aligned with God's law, do not ignore it. Seek to change. Grow. Or draw closer to the Shepherd at the Divin Spiritual Center for guidance and transformation.
Forgive when someone has wronged you. Not to forget, but to release what weighs you down. Forgiveness frees your heart.
Do not chase money as if it were the only solution. Money is helpful, yes, but it does not bring peace to the heart. Use what you have with wisdom. God asks you to earn your money honestly. He is not against you becoming rich, even a billionaire, as long as you remain faithful to His will. But never sell your soul for wealth.
And when the world exhausts you, step away from the noise and distractions. Find peace in silence, in sincere prayer, in nature, in the beauty of simple things, or in remembering and reading the true Word of God. You will feel God's presence, and He will speak to your heart with peace. It is not noise that heals, but the silent presence of God.
My brother, my sister,
If you keep God as your light, you can walk in peace, even when no one else understands your path.
True happiness is moving forward each day with faith, at peace with God and at peace with yourself.
