Almighty God my Eternal Father,
By my actions I recognize I have moved away from Your Word.
With all my heart, I ask your forgiveness for all my faults.
Lord My God, help me so that I can improve my life and get away from sin for I want to be in your image.
Destroy all blockages, influences, bonds, and covenants that still exist between the world of evil and my life.
Free me from the curse and its consequences.
Enlighten me on the deeds that distance me from You and on what I must put into practice for the evolution of Your work.
O Lord my God, cleanse me, heal me from every sickness, protect me, restore me, bless me and guide me at all times, for my whole being now confesses Your Name. Amen.
